Background

Born and raised just outside of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Heather relocated to Nebraska in 2001. With a background in aesthetics, she began her career performing and teaching beauty services—specializing in nails and skincare—before managing Lincoln’s first medical spa. Inspired to transition into healthcare, Heather pursued nursing and went on to work in adolescent psychiatry and in a mental health emergency department. These formative experiences led her to become an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a focus on psychiatric care. Today, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to individuals and families.
